The most important conversation you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. That conversation shapes how you think, how you feel and how you show up at work.
Through one-to-one and group coaching, I support people to strengthen the relationship they have with themselves, especially in moments of pressure, self-doubt or uncertainty. Together, we slow things down, explore what is really going on and create space for clearer thinking and more intentional choices.
Coaching sessions can take place online or face to face, depening on whwat feels more supportive for you and your circumstances.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and licensed Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), my coaching is practical, supportive and grounded. Using my Shift. Evolve. Build. approach, we notice unhelpful patterns, reframe perspectives and turn insight into meaningful action that feels right for you.

My Experience
My approach to coaching is shaped by years spent working within organisations where expectations are high and pressure is part of day-to-day life. Having worked in financial services, operations management and learning and development, I understand the realities of responsibility, performance and the quiet self-doubt that can sit alongside capability.
Alongside this professional experience, I have spent many years supporting people through change, growth and transition. I have worked with individuals stepping into leadership for the first time, people working at senior levels juggling change and increasing responsibility and those who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how they want to move forward.
This experience informs how I coach. I know that lasting change doesn’t come from being told what to do, but from creating space to slow things down, think clearly and rebuild trust in yourself. Coaching is about strengthening how you show up at work, creating clarity and self-trust in a way that feels grounded and sustainable..
